The engine only had 25 hours on it since it was overhauled. But it was overhauled six years ago. So its been just sitting at the marina. The diesel in the fuel tank was really old, black and nasty. I pumped out 25 gallons, using a little squeeze bulb "priming pump". There were a lot on maintenance things to be taken care of. I'm replacing all the fuel and water lines to the engine. Flushed the coolant. Changing the oil. Changing all the fuel and oil filters. The battery cables are really corroded and will need to be replaced.
