Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday to Pam if I missed it. We went to the movies after opening presents Christmas day. Saw Sherlock Holmes. Beth and I sailed today in the lake. It was cool and not a lot of wind, but fun to get on the water.

Wow. I'm glad that Steve is a "smart, fix-it-man" and was able to tell what was going on and what needed to be fixed before you guys got into further difficulty. Plus it's good that you're getting another phone that works well for the area. How soon before the big crossing? Be sure to cross when weather is clear if you can. I always check Florida's weather on TV when I'm watching! I'm working on my thesis presentation right now. Trying to finish it up before I leave tomorrow at noon with Dukie to meet Elli in Fort Collins at Haley's for Turkey Day. Hope you all have a great t-day too. We love you and will be thinking of you. Mom is resting at home with Sabina over the weekend. I told her I was going up there. It was a non-issue, so I guess she is fine with it. She has said repeatedly how tired she is...soooo.
