We were back at San Jose airport today for our flight to Guatemala. Thankfully it was a painfree experience unlike Miami! Not only was it pain free but we made a mistake that was to make it a very comfortable flight!

It wasn´t until we got to security when I realised that our boarding passes were in a little folder marked "Executive class", our boarding passes had "Business" written on them and we were sitting in row 3! We were very confused and spent the next hour wondering how this had happened. At first I thought maybe they had made a mistake, or printed the boarding pass wrong, then we thought maybe we had been bumped up but there would be absolutely no reason for this! I know we had chosen the cheapest option on the website so in the end we stopped theorising and just accepted the fact that this was going to be a very comfortable flight!

We arrived in Guatemala refreshed and with our bellies full of free food! We are staying with a Guatemalan Lady and another volunteer from the house building project, both of whom are really nice and Isle is making us feel very welcome.

I am under time pressure at the moment as we need to get back to the house for dinner. Hopefully I will get a chance to write more tomorrow!
