Bonjour, We made it to Paris and have been insanely busy for the past 3 days. Please excuse any typos because Im still trying to figure out the European keyboards. On Tuesday we got settled in at our hostel and then headed over to the Eiffel Tower to see the light show. It was spectacular! We then proceeded to walk down the Seine to see the sights all lit up. Yesterday we spent the day at Versailles and Krista is remembering quickly how I got the nickname turtle jr. We are having fun so far though. The gardens at Versailles were amazing and I think I took about a dozen photos of the ceilings.

Today was our Paris day which kicked off really really early. We wanted to be to the Eiffel Tower before it opened so that we could beat the crowds. It did work, we were in the second lift to the top. It had a good view, but the sun made pictures a little washed out. Then I will claim that Krista tried to kill me as we climbed hundreds of stairs up to the top of Sacre Coeur Basillica. After that we went to Pere La'Chaise to see the famous graves. It has been fun. Tomorrow we see the Louvre before heading to Milan on Saturday.
