Christmas in San Francisco is different. After spending thanksgiving in Tennessee with all the Christmas trees and lights, SF is boring! I am glad and happy that we have a Christmas tree where I live, makes me happy every time I walk downstairs!

It all started with a 13 hour journey by greyhound from Frisco changing in LA to San Ysidro. It was actually a very pleasant journey. Well i didn't get my head chopped off which is always a bonus. I did not plan to see this show, I just walked past and seen it was about to start so i walked in. Well I am so glad I did as it was one of my best things I did in Tennessee. First of all it was dollys family doing the show. It was about how music influenced the family. Dolly was on the screen behind singing with the family. It was absolutely amazing. I had a great time and managed to get a photo afterwards with some of the family. Ahhh! It was brilliant!

Sitting in the theatre watching 4 men sing southern gospel was actually better than it sounds. Even though they were old and not the best looking the music was great and the atmosphere was lovely. The voices were that good you forget where you are and just feel happiness. I now want to buy there CD.

For the past year I have had emails and seen adverts about Dolly being shown as a hologram in this new show. I cried through all of it. The dancers, the holograms and staging was incredible. I want to be in this show. It was inspirational and so much fun to watch and hear the songs, was very Christmassy!
