Alice Chris and Louise had to get off the boat this morning to take a ferry into the USA as they don’t have the correct visas. This left me Carl the 2 Americans Laura and Marieanne on the boat with the skipper Patrick and mate Kieran. We had a lovely sail covering 19 miles from British waters into USA waters into st Thomas. We anchored up but couldn’t check in as the port was closed. Someone advised us to check in at the airport so we took a taxi here to be told no check in at the port in the morning. We have 24 hours to check in. Got back to the Marina and had a lovely meal in a place called fresh plus a few drinks. Back on the boat for the night
