Hello from KL! Have just spent a week on Tioman Island off the east coast of Southern Malaysia doing a couple of diving courses & am now an Advanced Open Water diver - woo hoo! Travelled across to Kuala Lumpur on Sunday to meet up with Vix and we've just spent a couple of days together mostly shopping, eating & bartering with market stall owners! Hx

Happy Lunar New Year! That's what it says everywhere here in Singapore at the moment due to the 6 week long Chinese New Year celebrations which are happening everywhere! Off into the city centre now to do some sightseeing and shopping and then off to the Chingay Parade of Dreams tonight to watch a street parade in full swing! Take care Hels x

Helloooo! In Darwin at the moment, enjoying my last few days in Oz before flying to Singapore on Friday! Have just spent a few days visitng Alice Springs, Ayers Rock and Kings Canyon before leaving Alice on a 14 hour road trip up to Darwin (1500km!). Photos are on-line! Take care Hels x

Hi! Just got back on dry land after a 3 day trip around the Whitsunday islands on a sail boat! Spent a couple of days on Fraser island before that exploring the island by 4 x 4! Off to Cairns tonight on an overnight bus where I'll spend a couple of days before flying across to Alice Springs! love Hels x

Hey! Arrived in Byron Bay this morning having taken the night bus from Newcastle last night! Western Australia was amazing! A big thanks to Karen Horner and Aunty Joy for all their kindness whilst I was over there - I had a fantastic time! Leaving Byron Bay tomorrow morning and heading towards Brisbane and then on to Noosa where I'll be hopping over to Fraser Island to spend a few nights with the dingos!
