Well I thought I was hungry when we went for dinner at the end of the last blog but clearly I wasn't hungry enough! I ordered a sausage which was so big that it came tied in a knot on top of a bed of mash potato on top of a giant yorkshire pudding and surrounded by vegetables! ...I've only just recovered! We still can't believe this weather. I got sunburned yesterday!!!! It's been absolutely gorgeous weather. We had a lovely day in Canterbury on Tuesday (the days are disappearing into a blur of relations and alcohol!). I can't believe how busy we've been! We left Norwich on Friday morning with a care pack from Tony's cousin Dennis (he couldn't believe we'd start off on a journey without three or four tons of food to sustain us). It was a little bit of an emotional farewell and we were sorry to leave. We had an easy drive through to Whitstable and arrived about 3.00pm. Penny's house is more like a drop in centre and it wasn't long before we met four thousand or so relatives....
