Hi mateys,
Like Emma I didn't realise that I could leave you a message on here, or I would have done a few by now - sorry for my dumbness!!
Hayley your blogs are great and you create a good picture of Thailand - I think you should turn all this into a book when you get back and rake in the dosh.
The pics are hilarious, I love that UV paint that everyone is covered in and quite fancy getting some of that. Think it will look great when I am bopping on down in Watford - wont look out of place at all (!!)
The accomodation sounds like a bit of a struggle, I know how Hayley likes keeping clean (!), but you seem to have the right attitude and aren't letting it bother you too much.
The rain is a pain (hey that rhymes!) but jus think if it was sunshine all day everyday, that would be boring and probably tire you out. At least this way you'll really get excited when the sun comes through eventually!
Nothing much to report from my end, working hard and flying around all over the place - this week I have played bowls with a bunch of over 65s and went into London for the 100 year anniversary of Hampstead Garden Suburb and to interview Jonathan Ross! It's all go, eh!
It's so brilliant that you're doing this blog, makes me feel like I am part of your travels, and so nice to know how you're getting on.
Look forward to the next one!! Take care (lots of it!!). Love you lots xxx

Hello!! Carly told me yesterday that we can message you this way - duh to me!!!
Sounds and looks like you are having an amazing time! It is a shame about the weather but thats such a little thing compared to all the brilliant things you will be seeing and doing!
After reading about your accommodation experiences, you haven't transformed me into a traveller just yet! You know me, i'd rather travel the world for a few weeks at a time, living it up in 5* hotels...haha! Good luck Darren!
But your pics DO look amazing and i wouldn't mind doing that part of travelling thats for sure! I love the elephants and the little dog - how cute!!! Riding the elephant looks cool too! I'm off to Egypt on Monday and i might ride a camel - not quite the same - but still animals of the country we are visiting!!! Hehe!!
I'm glad that you have met some good people, everyone is in the same boat i suppose so thats all good. Well, i could go on forever but i don't think my boss would be too pleased!! So i'll say bye for now, take care mate and carrying on having loads and loads of fun!
Big hug and Kiss. xxx

Hi Hayley and Ben. Website is excellent - not jealous at all - weather and beaches just don't compare to my current view. Will show the site to your Dad tonight (he'll never find it himself - bless). Glad the swelling has gone down - did you have a good celebratory drink? Look forward to more photos Mary xx

Thanks for the birthday text. Glad to see that you are enjoying it, despite looking like the elephant man. Liked the photos of the beach in Ko Samui, very jealous. The weather in Pinner does not quite compare. Have fun and i'll look forward to seeing more photos.

Glad to hear the swelling is finally going down and that you are at last starting to enjoy yourselves. Your photos are nice but where is one on an elephant?
