Today was Acropolis day :o) we walked up the stairs and hills and got in for free (again!) as it was Easter. The only downside was that the museum is closed Mondays so we didn't get to go and the the orginal pieces of the ruins that have since been replaced by casts. It was good to walk around the site though and the view of Athens from there is very impressive. There were lots of tourists in high heels (hopeless - it's all uneven rock and slippery marble there!...

Today we left Delphi. On the way through all the villages there were people in the street celebrating Easter Sunday. Sooooo many lambs on spits in a row and people dancing and partying etc We stopped at roadside tavern/petrol station.
