Friday 11th June: Took car and drove to Provincetown at the end of cape cod, this took about 2 hours about 60 miles to catch the boat and go whale watching. Spent about 1hr 40mins in boat to get to see whales (awsome and very smelly breath!) unfortunalty only only seen 2 whales and about 30mins with them before another 1hr 40 mins trip back. Walked around provincetown village so Jordan could collect his shot glass and ryan collected his beautiful whale figure!! While walking around we had quite a shock when we seen an 8ft transvestite walk past and then 2 guys walking hand in hand. Jordan couldn't leave quick enough. Saturday 12th Set off for new york and arrived after about 6 hours travelling. Only got lost when we were in Gary's neighbourhood and so we called Gary and karen came to collect us and took us back to Gary's. Everyone's been so kind and attentive, fantastic food (particularly Janet's blueberry pancakes) kids are having a great time with their cousins, lots of things in common, basketball, baseball. Ryan really really likes Bosco, Gary's dog and Bailey, Karens dog. Sunday 13th June: Went to the beach with Gary, Janet, Karen, and the children. Had lovely time on the beach particularly when they poured a bucket full of sea water over me whilst chilling. We all got sun burnt without us knowing becuase it was windy. For the evening we went over to Karen and Kevin's and had a lovely steak barbecue with the largest barbecue i have ever seen. Kids played basketball and then were playing on the internet. Monday 14th june Kids got up late and made us late for our visit to New York City. Janet very kindly took us to the station to catch the train and we walked straight to The Empire State Building. Lots of queing but well worth the wait with a fantastic clear view over New York City. Done a lot of walking today and Tracys legs are really starting to hurt because of the sun burnt yesterday on the beach.
