Matthew used to fall into lakes and the sea when he wes young so he's only carryong on the tradition. Tell both the boys that they know I don't f***ing swear and I'm not going to start now. Thanks to all for messages they are great please keep em coming...and cash if you fancy it to. Perhaps not then. Being up in the mountain village was a humbling experience, it is amazing how many things you simply do not need. The people there were so happy and seemed contented...lessons to be learned there. Or it could be that poppies make life easier???????

Hello!! Me(Laura) and faye clearly have no friends as no one has written to us. Please may any future messages be address to us ONLY. Kap kon Ca (Thank you} We are having a wicked time and have really enjoyed our tribal experience. The Trek was challenging, we now are feeling a great sense of achievement whilst we sip our wine after our jacuzzi!! Everyone was s***ting their pants at the thought of white water rafting once we had seen the rapids [that includes matt the greek and Nicola]. Afterwards though we were all gagging for more!!!! [well me(faye) and Mike were being the only singletons!!]. Anyway.......... SaWadeka!

Hello there! Read the blog for more details, but we have just got back from an incredible trek in the mountains of Northern Thailand. We are all knackered but have landed on our feet in an amazing hotel which defies belief, but only costs 5 quid a night.
