howdy everyone
just got to calgary a couple of days ago!! canada has been great so far and its already been good to meet up with a few canadian friends from travellin!! monteal was lots of fun though pur french was not really up to par, haha!!! seeing all the people in the city though switch back and forth between 2 languages so regularly only solidified my desire to learn another language when i get home!! up untill now our time has been mainly spent in the cities which are quite similar to home so it hasn't been that culturely stimulating but now that we have come over to alberta and are in the heart of the rockies, the amazment will begin again!! staying with our great friend vish from contiki now, we went along to med school yesterday and sat in for four lectures, was very interesting though it was not so cool when i was asked a few questions by the lecturer, i froze it was bad, then he said to me at the end of the lecture, concentrate more next time!!! hahaha, he really thought i was a student!! then in the next lecture i started asking questions, all the students that new who we were thought it was pretty funny! off to banff this weekend, should be soooo beautiful and they have just had a big dump of snow so im really excited!!!
