We've been having a great time in Singapore. We love the mix of colonial buildings next to modern skyscrapers, it's clean and reminds us a lot of Sydney (like Sydney, we could quite happily live here). Koh Tao is a tiny island, far less built up that the others and covered in huge palm trees, beautiful rock formations and white sandy beaches. In Koh Phangan we did . . . nothing! Honestly, literally, completely b***** all! We arrived on the catamaran and hopped in a truck and found ourselves in complete paradise. Sweet little bungalow, steps from a beach with nothing on it apart from palm trees (which, incidentally, you can't sit under in case a nut falls on your nut and makes a fatality out of you!) and a bar with cold beer.
