Will, Grandma and I went to celebrate Rosh Hashanah in South Carolina with morningstar ministries for two weeks.

The flight out was great, Will managed nine hours of behaving beautifully. The last ten minutes were insane, but I felt that was the best I could expect from a 1.5 year old.

The church there is in the most stunning location, with a lake surrounded by log cabins. The weather was beautiful, although Will refused to leave the hotel room after about 7am due to the heat. That was fine as I was up at 5am with jet lag anyhow.

The academy there has completely blown me away and I am more committed than ever to the idea of home education.

The worship was phenomenal and I've made some lovely new friends who I know I will keep in touch with, even if only online from here on out.
