What a busy week!! I left Sydney last Wednesday (I think), and am now in Taupo, on the North Island of New Zealand. This country is absolutely amazing. Many people I've met have said that this is the most beautiful country they've been to, and I would have to agree. The landscape is fantastic with amazing mountains and lakes everywhere. And there's so much to do. So far I've jumped off the highest building in the Southern hemisphere at SkyCity in Auckland, done some sea kayaking on a perfect day at Cathedral Cove (Mercury Bay), had an incredible night with the Maori people of Rotorua (the Tamaki tribe) as well as Black Water Rafting in Waitomo. And there's still so much more to do!!!
