So on Saturday 12th our shuttle finally showed up after being very late. We picked another couple of people up on the way to the airport. When we arrived at the airport we checked in and the woman behind the counter said it would be unlikely we'd be able to sit next to each other on the plane! We asked if there was anything we could do, we even offered money! But she didn't sound too hopeful. She said she'd see what she could do. If we didn't sit next to each other on the 11 hour flight that would be the longest time we'd be apart for our whole trip!

We went and found a spot to sit and wait for the flight. After a while we heard a shout out for us on the microphone for us to go to the check in desk. The woman we'd spoken to earlier was there. She told us to grab the tickets and walk away quick as some people had complained. We did as she said and walked away, then looked at the tickets. She'd put us together yey! We wanted to thank her but we didn't get chance to as she was then really busy bless her.

The flight was long, but we managed to chill out and watch a few films before landing in London. We tiredly left the plane and found our bags, and were greeted at the airport with balloons and banners from our lovely families. In a bit of a daze we headed off for a delicious lunch at the Kelly's.

What an amazing trip! And now how nice to be back with our family! And now… the plans begin for our next trip hehe!
