Hello guys, how are you all doing? I am back in Sydney now - working back at the hostel on reception. The hostel has been bought by a new owner now so at the moment I am helping out here - there is lots to be done, but the hostel will be brilliant when its done.

Spent a couple of days working on a boat. I was helping to restore it. Spent my days sanding firber glass sides of the boat. It was very hard work but its something good to say i have done. My first day was a bit of a disaster. I worked all day in the blistering sun - got really really sun burnt even with wearing factor 30 all day. My hands were cut to pieces from the sand paper, and then  fell off the boat, 10 ft into the water of the harbour. I was so embarrased, it was not nice, but very refreshing!!!!

I am still looking for full time work in the city - need to save up enough money so i can get out of sydney and see some place new. Cant wait for Christmas and new year here its going to be amazing, plus with mum, dad and Zac coming out its going to make it extra special. I cant wait. I cant believe it is only 9 weeks till then! The plan is to move up north after new year, hopefully i can be diving on my birthday as that would be a great story - spent my 26 birthday diving off the great barreir reef!!!!

Hope that you are all well - thank you Phil for the piuctures of the ickle monkey she is so gorgeous. you better be showing her pictures of me so she will know who i am when i get home!
