The taxi took us to the bus station, and the driver kindly walked us round to where you can buy you ticket for Ninh Binh. The woman on the ticket stand showed no interest in us. A few men caught on to where we were going and tried to get us to go with them, but i was sceptical. But then the ticket woman pointed for us to go with the men, so we did. Outside with the buses, loads of men came rushing at us, actually pulling and grabbing us to try to get us to get on...

So after a short 1hr 30mn flight we were in Hanoi. We headed for the minivans, as they're much cheaper than getting a taxi, and had to wait for the bus to be filled to maximum capacity bfore finially leaving. About an hour later we arrived at our hostel. After dragging out bags to the top floor (about 5 maybe more flights of stairs up) we had a dorm of 5 to ourselfs. We set out walking around the city. The roads are even crazier here than Bangkok, motorbikes ...

Wellll We finally arrived here in Bangkok after train, then tube then a 10hour plus flight. I was hoiping to catch a few movies on the flight and started watching The lovely bones but found it a bit s*** as it didn't match the book, then i gave up and tried to sleep only waking for the food and drink instalements. Sleeping was possible as the flight was quiet empty so we had spare seats around us for movement, lovely. Off the plane we collected our bags easily...
