Hey Gem, I'm really enjoying reading all of your adventures and am feeling very jealous of all the unique and wonderful experinces you are having! I haven't managed to read any of them yet without crying! - generally tears of happiness for you but also the poverty of the people at the hospital and the children at the orphanage - that's one experience I would have loved to have shared with you.
