Chris,Just want to say thank you for the advice. I've been liknoog on the internet to see if anyone else is having problems with Jet2 I feel like they have completely ignored us. I contacted them by email two weeks ago to see what was going on, only to be told they hadn't received a letter from me and to send the original documents again they're called originals for a reason! I'd received a card in July from Jet2 acknowledging receipt of the letter, and had sent the letter recorded delivery, also proving their receipt. It just seems that Jet2 are trying to fob me off completely, so I'll take your advice Chris and push it further. I'm not willing to accept vouchers from them because I never want them to have my custom again.
