Don't worry about the helmet thing guys apparently I'm now in the hands of the Indian gods. Not got a bike anymore as it's pretty difficult to get one in more rural areas, and wouldn't want one in the cities. I'm in Mangalore now but will be in Cochin by Monday. Food has been good however we've stopped in a couple of smaller towns and the hygiene and living conditions took a slight downturn.

Had one bad night when I managed to throw up the majority of my tea through my nose and mouth. I know I've got quite wide nostrils but it still got clogged with chilly Paneer and Kingfisher beer (Chilly paneer not as good as RK's - Andy;)).

I'm feeling a lot better now but could have done with some TLC from nurse Deakin;)

Would love to go back to Nepal again AJ. Struggling to get WIFI here but will Skype as soon as I canxx

Dad boy if you ever run out of work in England India needs re-plumbing however I don't think mum would like some of the places although you'd both love Goa especially where we stayed. I'll wear my helmet next time I ridexx
