1ST - 4TH APRIL 2007

For some reason we changed our flights to give us more time for Ayers Rock and Alice which turned out to be a mistake as there wasnt much to do.On the plus side it did give us a chance to catch up on Neighbours, Home and Away, chill out after the rock etc and try all the Aussie beers. We did visit a kangaroo sanctuary where we held baby kangaroos and left feeling guilty that we drove past dead kangaroos without checking their pouches (we didnt know!). I went to a 'free' digeradoo lesson which turned out to be the woman showing you how to play it for 10 mins and then getting arsey whn I didnt buy one for 150 bucks! Alice actually turned out to be quite a nice town but theres loads of Abos out on the streets esp at night which is quite intimidating after some of the stories weve heard.
