This is the ferris wheel in Prater. It's famous for two reasons. One that it used to be the tallest Ferris Wheel in the world before the London Eye came along and two because it features in the classic Orson Well's movie The Third Man. So knowing this I wanted to go up it. I was packing my pants all the way but I DID IT!!!
