The temperature today was 7c from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. It nudged 8c at 2.00 pm and hit the high of 9c at 5.00. Most of the time it felt like 4c (that's from the weather bureau's website). There was just one similarity to a day we spent in Italy in 2002. The weather wasn't similar. We've slipped into Ches's idea of holiday mode ... a very slow start to the day. We didn't walk into town till 8.00. Purchased some lamb chops for dinner and other necessary items such as Fig Jam and a baguette and some croissants for breakfast.
