Harry and i went from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, a place which has amazing scenery, so we did a couple of boat trips, and took motorbikes round all day, withmassive limestone cliffs jutting out of the rice paddies and the river...was amazing. We then got a bus from Hanoi which was supposed to be 18 hours, but ther were lots of landslides, and a few near death incidents...literally, and in the end it took 31 hours. Also there were 8 people on 4 seats, as they piled locals in and so we were boxed in properly! In Vientienne, we looked around the city for the day on bicycles and the nwe finally saw max again, and we had booked his ticket for the flight the today. in the evenig we met up with some friends we had met, and never made it to sleep with out flright at 7. Tomorrow we trek into the jungle (7-4 hours) and then sleep in treehouses 150m high in the jungle and zipwire around the jungle...should be amazing!
