So after the long bus trip we made it to Berlin. I wasn't too excited for Berlin but ended up loving it. The first night we had some sausages (not like I eat them) and some other German food. After this we went to the beer hall to have a drink and watch Spain win :)
Day 2 in Berlin involved the historical walking tour. It really was interesting learning about all the history and the war and the wall (I really had no idea of all the stuff that happened).
After walking round all morning we had free time in which we continued to walk around, trying to find food. After lunch we went up the berlin cathedral which was amazing. The view from the top (after climbing 200 stairs) was definitely worth it! Then some shopping before playing eye spy; this involved following clues from one pub to another, whilst stopping to watch the game and have a kebab. It was sad that Germany lost (in particular coz I was decked out in Germany gear and we would have been in Munich for the final). After the pubs we went to the matrix club, which was good for a bit of a dance!
Currently, I'm still in Berlin, eating some strawberries whilst they fix the broken down bus!
