Weather is so stupid at the moment. One minute we have lovely hot and sunny days the next we are having heavy down pours with tornados, YES tornados. There was a really bad one in Birmingham and Peterborough on Thursday 28th. Did a lot of damage. Nichola is getting married on the 12th August 2006. Hi Lindos! Soooo sorry to here about your camera- how awful, particularly as you haven't had it that long and you're going to all these places where there are cool things to shoot. Was she peruvian or another backpacker? I totally feel your pain with camping, so i think you're very brave to stick it out for more than one night! Glad to hear you're being a flashpacker! Nothing much happening here except the weirdest weather ever. Thunder and lightening one minute and then bright blue skies the next! Great pictures of Nicaragua. My camera got stolen in Costa Rica and lost my pictures of Nicaragua. So I am definitly going to steal your pictures of Isla Ometepe. How is Peru, did you already walk the Inca Trail? I am in Argentina now and it´s great here. What a fantastic country!!! End of June I go back to Costa Rica. I saw Sarah´s message that she has a good time in Panama, perfect because I will go there as well. Have a goord time in South America!!!

Hi ya Lindos! Cocktails and Cookie Madenss in TGI's thought you were roughing it!! Ha ha. The lack of water sounds yuk especially after your bob the builder days. Hope you are in a nicer environment now. Good to know you can still find time for shopping!

Hi Lindos! Your trip sounds amazing! I guess the last part of the trip was totally different to what you were used to with the diving, but i imagine it was no less rewarding. I can't beleive the extent of the poverty you described- it barely seems fair and certainly makes you think about what we have doesn't it?! What's also so surprising is that everyone, despite all the poverty, is so kind. You're so brave, all the hitching and stuff, were you scared? I'd be a wreck! Photos are cool- make sure you post plenty more! Big news from Varney... James has finally proposed to Nichola!!! It happened on her birthday and it's so exciting- mostly because i can be a bridesmaid! Will tell you more later!! Stay safe and look after yourself! Can't wait for the next installment!
