I was checking out a campground and stumbled onto this find...a prime example of a volcanic crater. There's a lot of geology behind this. I'll try and locate the notes. But, it has erupted twice and is supposed to be a classic crater.

I decided to bid adieu to Dalvik earlier than planned. I got to thinking, after seeing 40k people thronging into a community with probably less than 5k residents, I figured getting out of Dalvik on Sunday would be a logistical nightmare.
