Animal kingdom day! We entered the park and headed straight for Asia! Riding the river rapids through the 'jungle' would be our favourite ride of the day. Frankie got to do it twice, once with mum and once with dad. We got drenched. Asia was amazing we saw lots of animals, there was a massive island of monkeys that we saw playing in the trees. We also saw bats and lots of birds. The tigers were all sleeping so that was a little disappointing. Then we hiked over to Rafikis train to go to the petting animal park. There we saw goats and pigs and sheep and were able to pet them all. It was extremely smelly. Fox smashed a toy in the gift shop and it stormed so we put on ponchos and high tailed it to Africa. We went on a safari. It was amazing we day in an open van and drive through so many different enclosures of animals! Hippos, leopards, giraffes, elephants, tigers, rhinos, ale gators, flamingos, and so many more. Mum lost her hat in the middle of safari, blew right off her head onto the middle of the road :( she had it for 24 hours and it was the second hat she bought on holidays! Then we went to dino land where we rode the triceratopst spin and dad to frankie on dinosaur, a scary ride that frankie cried through. She did not want to ride again and was pretty upset so we went back to Asia to do the rapids again while fox and mum played in some spouts and watched a very big storm approach. We caught the bus home just in time and mum and dad started to get ready for night of Joy while frankie and fox would be looked after by some lovely girls. Mum went out to the event and got to do some fun rides and enjoy watching united play in front of thousands of ppl on the steps of the Disney castle. Amazing.

Lynette Vos That sounds like an amazing day and how awesome and special that United played at Disney I didn't know that was on the cards. Nik what is that outfit you keep putting Fox in the puffy blue short overalls oh my goodness I laughed because that's what my mom dressed the twins in back in the 60's. Love all your blogs keep them coming. Xxxxx
