Never did I realise how much I would appreciate a cold shower, only problem is as great as it is you cannot dry. My hair I just put up wet no point trying to do anything.

Last night I slept okay with a fan blowing on me, which was a life saver, waking at 9.am Takeo time.

Breakfast of hard egg and bread roll, black tea which was all great, then tryed to prepare for 2 lessons with the children.

I am working and have befriended a NZ girl, which is really good, although all the volunters are friendly, some Canada, Italy and another girl from UK.

but it changes all the time, most of them are only here for a few days.

I have settled in okay, the kids are great, some off them are quite bright and have learnt a lot from the different culteres that have come in to there little lives.

The one thing that hits me is the commarade (?) of them all yes the older tease the little ones but all fun in there minds,

Today I went with some of the others on a bike to the Orphanage, thought it would be to hot but you actually get a breeze.

It is about two miles of flat roads so not to bad,called in at the market also to get some card to start a collage tommorow. Thought would do a seaside resort see if it makes us feel cooler.

Food at the hostel is good, tonight we had a great curry thankfully not hot !!!!!!

Also along from the orphanage is a place we get ( A Shack) we get great iced coffee. The ice is a huge block which they cut up with an axe and saw. I was a little worried to start but after 4, find so far my stomach is okay.

I think I am going to like it here and settling in really well, apart from the heat, that might get me in the end. Im sitting here typing with the sweat just dripping off me like a shower.

Those of you that know me well, understand that I would rather be cold.

No more news tonight, Im sure I am soon going to settle in to a routine. Which may become like work at home to read about, boring.

At the weekend I may go back to Phnom Phenm for a couple of days, the NZ girl is going so may tag along. Find some air conditioning.

Oh yes, forgot to say we have a television crew here arrived today for 5 days, filming the Orphanage & what goes on there.

They are doing a programme for Welsh TV, so unless your welsh you wont see me.
