Xmas Eve started with a call from my sister, I reckoned I was homesick till she told me queues at the shops miserable weather and most people looking gloomy. Maybe it was to make me feel better and it worked.
On my bike to Market for bread, and possibly more than 50 hello's sun is shining and these Cambodian people can always give you a smile, so I'm thinking this is good, yes you always miss family you also miss those that you wont miss till the time is right.
( it's midnight know, few vodka's)

Guess what had a really hectic day again , first Xmas eve for me painting all day, can't hardly walk tonight, plus the fingers cramp up these days, don't we all hate getting old.
Toilets and bathrooms finished all but the last sink the Plummer broke putting
It back up. Shame but nearly done it.
Finally parted with my Flower Fairies freeze that I have had 13 years, decorated the girls two bathrooms with them to try and keep the boys out
Will get a picture tomorrow in the light but it won't pick out how much better they look.

Finally got back to the centre 8 hours later, excited as kids are for Xmas day.
We had to finish of the presents , pack them in bags first time I've ever put tooth brush, paste, soap, shampoo towel and few toys in a Xmas sack.
64 bags later, names written on there towels we hit the Voddy, not a bad Xmas Eve, improved by chatting with the family . Plus they kindly donated to the cause.
Which means we have raised enough to get Neville(manager) riding his squad bike dressed as a fairy on Xmas day. Kids will love it.

Well it's midnight I have retired to my room as one of the girls is doing a Chinese lantern in memory of her brother, that done it for me. Retreat retreat.
Bedtime anyhow, because as always I'm looking forward to Xmas day. Instead of seeing two with big grins I will see 64 what a great experience, plus they think the new bathrooms are there Xmas presents,Bless, so they will be amazed.Can't get better than that.
Oh yes mustn't forget in the morning to go to Market and get bathroom mats,toilet paper and pick up name tags, basically keep out this is girls or boys !!!!!!!!
