To the old railway station at Tanjong Pagar for Geoff to compete in the Green Corridor Run along the former track that went right across Singapore Island to the mainland & Malaya. After a full day of travelling for about 15 hours we arrived in warm wonderful Singapore. Thanks to my Lorna Jane tights my feet & ankles were not swollen - hooray! The Swissotel Merchant Court is in a great location right beside the river so we walked along the riverside past many restaurants spruiking (very politely) for business.
