Once again I woke up at the crack of dawn but forced myself to stay in bed and eventually must have nodded off cos when I next looked at the clock it was nearly 8am. I don’t know why but I was awake at 6.30am, I guess that’s a bit of a sleep in for us. Managed to stay in bed til just before 7 but thought I may as well get up and showered and ready for the day. Woke at 6 am to take the dogs for one last walk before we go away.… then did all the usual things you do as well as checking out the Port of Mare ( mar-ray ) cos I got an email from P & O this morning to say our cruise itinerary has changed…. no Isle of Pines on X-mas day now, instead we will be in Lifou and the day we were supposed to be there we will be in Mare. Up bright and early for our 8am flight to LA. We were dropping the car off at the airport so it was all pretty easy getting there.
