Thomas has been short-listed to appear in the next Lego City advert!! Hes SO SO excited!! He is now one of five kids who will appear on the nickelodeon t.v chanel, and on their web site in the next few days to go to the public vote! Please vote for him!! Our weather has been rather mixed the last few days, bet we have a mini heat wave when the kids go back to school!

Hi, hope you are ok. Went to Nigels wedding yesterday, suffering today! Drove Ferrari's and Porsches last week, it was amazing. I derfinately want a 911 now, just got to save a load of money for a few years! Spurs continue to impress in pre-season, which generally means that we'll be s**t when it really matters! try to call on your birthday.

I really can't believe that you're counting down already. A lot can happen between now and then - we could still loose Keane to Liverpool which I will not be happy about! Thanks for your texts..glad you are having an amazing time-lucky you! We are having many probs with our internet, so im trying to catch up with all your photos at once!

Thanks for remembering Victorias birthday, she is now behaving like a typical 13 yr old! She knows EVERYTHING!! Tommy is just fine..well trying hard..and had a lovely mention in school assembly last Fri, because he completed a 7 and a half mile walk in aid of the NSPCC last Sunday. He had a mention because he was one of only 5 who finished (4 adults and him plus 3 dogs!) as last sunday it was terrential rain, he was soaked to the skin, shoes etc..carried on through gritted teeth and didnt moan once! Mr Wood ( headmaster ) said that he showed the determination of a true Highfeldian!

Thomas finishes on 15th July and Victoria finishes 22nd July for the summer holidays. At present we havent got a holiday booked. We are hoping to get away somewhere....

its so nice to hear from you! I am still loving it here - even though there is a bit of a storm blowing outside! Have good days and bad days on the island. Yesterday was beautifully hot but trying to stay out of the sun cause going pretty dark now!

13year olds always think they know everything. I'm sure I was the same when I was that age (I'm sure mum could confirm that one). Tell Tom well done from me! Very proud of him. I tried trekking in Sapa (Vietnam) and I was struggling.

I'm sure the kids are looking forward to the holidays. Shame I'm not there to do some more babysitting for you. Hope they have fun - tell Tom to keep a diary of his holiday like I'm doing of mine, so he can tell me all about it when I get back or he can email me and tell me. It will help him with his spelling etc.

anyway, I will speak to you soon, I have to figure out how to get home without getting wet - it pouring with rain outside but hopefully it will stop soon!

Hi Bhav, hope you are alright. Not much to tell you, same old, same old...Finally got a nice bit of weather here, but it won't last long!
