More breakfast. It was a breakfast type day. Fluffy eggs cooked perfectly by Ed. the bread is amazing here too. Soft. Springy. Light. Fresh. So fresh you just want to keep cramming it into your mouth with butter !!

Breakfast in bed. These are literally amazing. The pastry is soft and more bread like than a French pastry and the custardardy cream is very eggy and sweet. This town is rather dangerous. Only 800 people live here and there are about 15 bakeries. More hiking required!!!

Fast easy dinner. Empanada heaven. Chicken. Meat ones. So tasty. Even had boiled eggs in the beef one. These are too tasty for my own good. Luckily they are small.

Restaurant plaza de armas Natales Avocado and tomato salad. Lettuce too. Vegetable heaven. So nice to have food that isn't reconstituted !!

Plaza de armas restaurant in Natales Insanely delicious mashed potato with chilli pepper. Buttery. Salty. No lumps. Real potato flavour.
