Homemade ratatouille. Lots of garlic and tomatoes just like Louise said :)
Zucchini onion carrots aubergine garlic tomato and new vegetable which I love the shape of called a zapatillo (sp?)
Dried rosemary. Only herbs around here.
Also added chicken stock from stew from previous night.

Steak with a reduced malbec sauce.
Great quality meat but they over promised on how the chef did a great medium rare as it came out well done.
Zucchini aubergine and cheese stacks were a nice touch
