Really acidic taste. Had it grated in our salad, we added it to water and lime just for a while to help it.

Apparently they kill the meat every day and only leave it out for about 3- 5 hrs as there is no refrigeration.
You can buy everything here. They don't have dog though luckily. They love water buffalo.
