Mike says 'weather is here, wish you were beautiful'. Im not sure how to take it!! We have spent the first week being taken care of by the wonderful Ronnie Mercer who sends her love to all of you. We've been to table mountain (we got the cable car up and climbed down - not, as it appeared at the time, the best option - neither of us could walk for a few days!) Spent Valentines evening up Lions Head with a bottle of wine and saw the green flash at sunset. Or it may have been the wine... Started our journey with an incredible day at Cape Point. Undisturbed views of the Atlantic meeting the Indian Ocean (picture on front), massive pod of dolphins frollicking in the surf, baboons bonking on the beach and ostriches paddling in the water. From here we made our way rapidly to some vineyards and made yesterday very very blurry. But we have a lot of wine bottles in the boot of the car to show for it.
