Heading to the Amazon. Just recently it was declared to one of the new seven world wonders by an Internet poll. - Even though the riverbanks are polluted with civilization garbage this river landscape was a certain majesty to it.

Street theater; from the Laughter I could tell they gave a comedy. Night life was quite vivid, a few steps further two female Indians were were dancing, which reminded me more of step dancing. Speaking of dancing, some young folks performed Capoeira, which I saw for the first time live. The dancers group together in a circle sing and clap the rhythm. Two of them step alternating into the middle and perform quick and complex moves, using kicks and quick leg sweep...
