About 1930. Third row from the back, fourth from the right, with curly hair. Being a monochrome picture, you can't see she had very ginger hair. Her best friend at the time was the tall girl, right in the middle of the second row from the back. Her name was Muriel Chapman and she became Muriel Walker. Muriel remained a life long friend and she was at Norah's bedside in Selly Oak Hospital shortly before she died.
