Loch Staonaig (or "Rocky Lake") is the seventh stop along the pilgrimage and was the main freshwater supply of water for the island up until 20 years ago when a pipe was installed to bring water from the Isle of Mull. It gives us pause to think of how many people in this world walk as far as we have walked just for drinking water.
