Spent two days in York, having a very relaxed time here. York had lots of medieval buildings including some great pubs we sampled, each with their own real ales and met some of the locals. It was the half term school break so there were lots of people here. Incredible shopping also, so we just wandered around town getting lost and relaxing. Walked all along on the old town walls which are one of the most complete fortified town walls remaining in England. And we saw TinTin in 3D at the local cinema! Well, I was happy about that. Jeannie kept shaking her head throughout . Just as well there was a little white dog in the movie. I've asked if Casper's next haircut can be bushy around the face so he looks like Snowy, TinTin's dog.
