Today we woke up with dad saying that he thought it was raining as something dropped on him in the night. It did not rain in the night. Mum also said that she moved a massive spider off dad's pillow!!! This freaked me out a little bit. We had to wake up a little bit earlier as we going rafting today. I was really looking forward to it, we had breakfast early and then we got into our wet suits which were wet. I thought I rocked the wetsuit to be honest! We got in a truck and drove about 40 mins, back through the border for the 4th time in a week, and we drove up the Tara canyon. The canyon is the second deepest in the world and thankfully I was not looking over the edge because the guide was driving very fast pretty close to the edge!! We got down to the river and then we began. We all had to steer except from Nina who the guide immediately recognised she that would be completely useless. The rafting was really good and really fun we all got wet with the up and down on the waves. It was an exhilarating experience. Half way through we stopped off and walked a little bit to a really beautiful small waterfall. The shoes that the rafting place had given us seemed to let water in but not let any out! So I was walking around with my shoes squelching. We finished the raft which was 4 hours long on the beautiful Tara river which was completely clear and a deep turquoise colour. We then went back to camp had a shower and relaxed. We even had a sneaky siesta! We then went back down to the river dad and I had a very quick swim the river was FREEZING! We then got out and skimmed some stones. This the image that I will always think off when I remember this holiday. It was the best day so far and the room we got upgraded to was not open to the outside and had its own bathroom and there was this double bed in the attic which I had all to my self !!!!
