Yo party people!!! Have just made it the West coast in 2 weeks, and am now in Broome where the weather is LUSH!! Am thinking of taking one of these camel rides tomorrow or the next day so look out for the photos v. soon! The West coast was great and im so pleased I did it, as most only visit the East and the outback. Jesus, Oz is so humongous! We drove nearly 4000 kms over 2 weeks taking in the sites and soaking up the sun. We snorkelled, camped and hiked. I fed Dolpins on the famous Monkey Mia beach, but by far, the most amazing was the whaleshark dive. Nowt to do with Whales or Sharks, just a big fish that comes to Ningaloo Reef this time of year to feed from the coral spawning. Still I very nearly had an accident in my wetsuit when i first saw it!! The biggest one was 6ms long, but they can be bigger. 18ms is the biggest ever recorded. We snorkelled along with 4 different sharks for about 2 hours. Coolio! I'm in Broome now, making a move to the outback in the next week to see Ayres Rock, looking forward to that too.
