We've been clearing the garden over the last couple of days and you would not beleive the amount of rubble!! We filled 8 rubble sacks and took 2 trips to the tip! It looks half decent now. Hello it is I Marmee reporting on the great mouse hunt....as promised....Well, Phil has tried two different kinds of trap, lased with peanut butter (apparently they love it!), the first trap was too sensitive and tripped every five minutes (don't think it was the mouse although Phil says it was). Trap two hasn't been tested yet because we think a local siamese cat has taken an interest in the mouse!!!!! It has been sitting in the shimane like some sort of cat kennel and watching the hole. There must have been some sort of showdown because there's dirt everywhere and we haven't seen the mouse for days :o( Phil has put house bricks in front of the mouse holes just to make sure, but I think the mouse is no longer in residence!

Hope your new hostel is more sane than the last one, no rioting drunks and that you have managed to catch up with your sleep! Just thought I'd write to tell you that it's been hailing and blowing a gale this morning, so think of us while your topping up your tan :o) Top-Tips before you go surfing, don't have fish for lunch, don't wear a black wet suit and try not to swim as well as you usually do, hopefully the sharks will target someone else ;o) Tee hee!!!!!!

Hi from unk, Jonathans just returning fron the frozen north, he's been in Norway for 3 weeks. Doing Marine things, you know playing in ice holes and burying himself under the snow to keep warm. He told us that to get dry after falling in the water they strip off,, steady,, and the ice freezes on their skin and then you brush it off. Now don't you feel a lucky girl with all that sunshine, mind all those naked fit marines may make it worth a visit for a fit young girl, it enough to give you goose bumps bumps. Those guys on that beach are just bums, remember us Brits are the real thing. luv unc....
