We're home and at uni

Arrived about 12pm last night into Bangkok, we are staying in a really nice hotel called Viengtai Hotel just off the Khao San Road. On the drive from the airport we have never seen so many lights in trees as we did! Hello everyone! It's Emma not being lazy and writing her first journal. We are just on Magnetic Island off the cost from Townsville. The Island is the most amazing place. Quite small with amazing beaches and some of the best weather we have had so far. We got here two nights ago and had a problem with our hostel (twas minging) and so moved hostel to Base Backpackers. Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world.....which means it is the largest sand island in the world (made purely of sand.) WE WENT TO STEVE IRWIN'S ZOO!!!! Was awesome, caught the free bus from Noosa to the Australia Zoo.....the whole way we watched a video on the life of the legend that is Mr Steven Irwin and then when we got to the Zoo there were huge billboards of him everywhere....we peed our pants on more than one occasion!
