Hi all, we are in Arequipa at the moment, a beautiful city in Peru. Absolutely loving relaxing before we head out to do an intense trek.

Arequipa is the second largest city in Peru, and by far the most cosmopolitan. Apart from to check out the colonial history here, it's also a great base to get to the Colca Canyon, twice as large as the Grand Canyon in the US, a pretty spectacular sight.

So that is where we are at the moment, will update you all soon with news from Peru....!
