Its so nice here, lovely little town no atm which has been a pain.found a cute restaurant which was decorated inside with reeds, could easily burn down with all the candles that were around. On wednesday we caught a boat to the north of isla de sol, then hiked right across the island to the soth port where the boat picked us up again, took all day. so lucky with the weather, as you can see from the photo clear skies. The lake was a shiny blue just like in all the tourist photos, much different to the lake at puno as its was all green and slimy there.

Was attacked by a group of pigs on the island, they walked all over sarah and ate all our bread which wasnt much of a loss at it was pretty stale.

Had our final meal with sarah and phil as they were leaving me and joel to go back to Cusco in the morning.

Thursday caught a bus to La Paz the capital of Bolivia and the highest city in the world apparently. 5hours and we arrived in La Paz, we had to catch a tiny boat over part of Lake Titicaca as part of the bus journey. Was hard work climbing the streets of La Paz as the city is sitting in a valley with steep sides, so all the streets go up hill. Joel was pretty ill thought he was suffering from altitude sickness.

Theres amazing ice cream places with lots of flavours treated nyself to one, didnt feel to good afterwards as my stomach doesnt seem to like food anymore.
