We arrived safely in Kuala Lumpur at 6.25am, after travelling for eight and a half hours on the sleeper train from Singapore ('sleeper' might lead you to think we slept, unfortunately this did not happen!). Body clock is all over the place and we were sharing a room with thirty eight other people with a curtain each for privacy. Fuzzy was delighted that there was no private cabins available as it meant we have stuck to budget. We have already walked about a million miles (no, really) and i suspect I have a groin strain from my rucksack carrying! KL so far seems like a fantastic city with an ecclectic mix of people, cultures and gorgeous smells. Lots of fab shopping as well, not that I will be buying as the groin could not handle any more weight in the rucksack! No photos as of yet as we are in the process of deciding which camera to buy, hopefully have one by the next update.
